Location: Phnom Penh
Position: Retail Assistant (Part-Time)
Schedule: Saturdays & Sundays (with occasional flexible weekdays)
Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: USD $15/day + performance bonus
Reports to: Retail Manager
Start Date: 1 August or as soon as possible

We're looking for a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic Retail Assistant to join our Phnom Penh Studio Store. If you enjoy working with people, love fashion, and are passionate about sustainability, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Welcome customers and provide outstanding service during store opening hours.
- Help customers find products and complete sales.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and inviting retail space.
- Assist with stock counts, inventory management, and receiving new products.
- Support daily cash handling and basic bookkeeping.
- Assist with shipping and receiving when required.
- Prepare simple daily store reports.

- Has excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Is friendly, positive, and enjoys working with people.
- Is organised, reliable, and pays attention to detail.
- Can work independently and as part of a team.
- Is willing to learn and take initiative.
- Has an interest in ethical fashion and sustainability.
- Speaks English and Khmer.
