Returns & Exchanges

◄Preparing your Return

We understand not everything fits perfectly the first time, so all full priced items can be returned for a full refund, or exchanged for a different size, colour, or item of equal or lesser value.

If you wish to return or exchange all or part of your order, please ensure the items are returned in their original condition:

• Be unworn and unwashed

• Have all original tags attached

• Be returned in their original packaging

• Be free from perfume, deodorant, smoke, stains, pet hair, or other signs of use

• Be accompanied by proof of purchase

 

We are unable to exchange or refund used, laundered, or customer-damaged goods.

Intimates cannot be exchanged or refunded for hygiene purposes.

Sale items are not eligible for exchange.

You are responsible for return postage, and for the safe delivery of your return package. We are not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in the mail. Therefore, we highly recommend that you use a trackable service.

◄Refunds and Returns

Full Priced Items

We offer full refunds for all full-priced items within 14 calendar days of their delivery.

Once your item is received and inspected, you will receive a refund via the same method of payment from your purchase, minus the original shipping cost. You will receive an email confirmation, but please allow up to 10 days for the funds to appear in your account.

Intimates cannot be exchanged or refunded for hygiene purposes.

Final Sale Items

So we can offer the very best deals, we are unable to accept sale items for return or exchange.

If you choose to make an exchange, we'll cover the cost of shipping your new item back to you, anywhere in Cambodia

Please email phnompenh@dorsu.org to let us know which size, colour, or item you'd like to exchange.

◄European Union Orders

Customers located within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order.

To exercise this right:

• Customers must notify Dorsu within 14 days of delivery.

• Returned items must be shipped back within 14 days of notifying Dorsu.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, Dorsu will refund the product value paid.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. To exercise this right electronically, please use ourEU Withdrawal Form.

 

◄International Orders

Unfortunately, due to the increased price of international shipping, all orders shipped outside Cambodia are final sale and non-refundable. They cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.
